So people always prepare against me
How to stop OTB players accessing my online games?

So people always prepare against me
Solution: shut this account, create a new one.
but people will still view my games on this one even when it is closed right?

Do you seriously think your games contain top secret opening knowledge?
If you're not at least a master, you are losing because you drop pieces and pawns, not because your opponent has some super-secret opening prep. If you want to win more games, stop dropping pieces and pawns
Just to clarify, I live in a relatively small country with only a few hundred to a Thousand active players. Every tournament you have a pretty good idea who you might face. They prep really hard as they can be pretty sure who they will meet.
Last tournament I thought I had hidden my online identity as I did already change my name from something else to Lippy-lion. However one of my opponents blitzed outr his opening, and caught me with a tough novelty. Turns out he had managed to work out I had changed my name, and was somehow still accessing my games. It likely cost me the point, as without his inside knowledge he would have been pretty clueless. I lost on time in the end, mainly due to him being able to blitz out his moves, and set me lots of problems

Unfortunately, even if you close your current account and transfer your premium membership to a new account, and only use that account for social purposes here on Chess.com (clubs and forums and so on) and only play chess on another account on another site, your opponents are still going to be able to access all of the games under your previous account here. So the only real solution is your own prep: figure out how people might attack you and preapre a response. It sounds like the game that you describe would be particularly instructive.
When I created my account I put my real name. Now I changed but it's still there
