Remember that chess is a game, and it's meant to be enjoyable and a learning experience. Don't put too much pressure on yourself to win every game. Focus on improving your skills and learning from your mistakes, rather than just winning.
How to stop tilt

The only answer is not to play if you're not in the right frame of mind. I play most of my games when I'm half asleep. So I'm pretty much permanently on tilt.

I think everyone has fallen for this before. I've stayed up all night playing blitz chess sometimes (and it can be fun!), but it isn't usually good for rating, or serious improvement. I don't pull all-nighters like that too often nowadays, but those late-night long sessions of speed chess can be fun sometimes.
Get the loud music going, feeling the flow and the chess pieces flying across the screen

If only it were that simple. You can stop playing sure, but this doesn't stop tilt; it just means you haven't addressed the root cause of your tilt and are likely to tilt in the next competitive hobby you pick up.
Similarly, if you play much less (or not at all) to avoid tilt, then you'll develop a new motivation problem. https://www.chess.com/blog/KeSetoKaiba/chess-motivation-through-purpose
