OMG, it's 1random! I haven't seen you here in ages! And you became an NM!!! Wow!

#1 may help you with that one.
I have to post this here because you don't take messages or notes so, yeah.
Before you join a site for 12+ (which you act and talk younger) you should do every one of this list of things...
1. Find some real insults
2. Grow up
3. Stop thinking that you are awesome just because of a chess title
4. Learn how to write English properly
5. Don't join unless you are 12 or older
6. Don't try to report members for acting within the guidelines.
When you do all of those you might make out okay and be able to live in harmony with the rest of the chess community.
Best of luck to you on accomplishing this list

Premove when it's 100% safe. There are lots times you can find and make safe premoves in less than 1 second if you're used to the idea (like recaptures).
And depending on the pace, many times you can rule out completely sacrificial moves like the common opening trick the OP shows. When the opponent breaks the pace though and pauses, then it's a good habit to immediately cancel your premove when it's not totally safe.
Post, learn, and enjoy various bullet tricks from players around the world!!! To start, here is one of my favorites:
