It's not at all a bad blitz / bullet opening. e4 d3. (not saying it's great, but it's not bad).
And when queens are traded a lot of black piece players seem to not know what to do... and since this sort of position can come from french, caro, or scandinavian it really cuts down on theory.

Sicilian variation, just do this every time (h3-Nh2 Be3 Qd2 etc)
Something usually works out.
e5 variation
Knight on f5, sac on h6, queen on c1-h6 diagonal, etc.
