I am millionaire, how can I improve at chess?

Hey guys, to be honest with you I am really stressed, I am stuck on the 2100 ELO rating range and no matter what I do I can't get better at the game. I already tried buying a GM title but the FIDE told me that was illegal. I have right now 8x10² million dollars on the Trump bank right now and I am willing to use them just to get better at the game, any tips?

As a millionaire you have better things to do.
Try the favorite pastime of rich people: spend all their spare time trying to get more money.
It looks funny because all of them do it, most of the cases very well.

I dont think Donald Trump have an elo of 2100 Fide and its not even possible of buying Titles.
