I am very weak playing with black pieces . What to do?

Hello . As you can see , I am 1800+ rated on chess.com . But I never felt comfortable playing with black pieces. You can see from my stat( rapid) that as white I have 54% win and 40% loss . But as black I won only 46% game ,lost 49% game. Can anyone give any advice for me?
