I recently broke the 1500 wall in chess.com. But i made it a challenge to myself to try and break it without ever learning any opening or any endgame/middle game theory outside of what i learn by watching Profesional game recaps by gothamchess or what i learn by my own games. I started this challenge when i was 1300 [i reached that pretty easily over time, again without any opening knowledge] and it took me several months to do this. But it was insanely difficult and i wanted to stop playing chess so many times. Do you think its possible for me to do this challange to 1600? Or 1700? if i keep pushing hard enough by the end of 2024 or maybe mid 2025. [Zero theory knowledge Challange]
I dońt quite understand what you are talking abour but if you plan to improve only watching gothamchess videos it is 100% guarranted you will be shit forever.
