I am a member of Chess.com. The following is happening to me when I participate in a tournament: when I go as white, I make my move and my time doesn't stop. Then I lose the game for time. Please see this problem for me and fix the problem so I can participate in tournaments.

It's a known for issue and staff are aware. If you refresh when that happens, you should be able to play.
I actually played a few games today without that happening, so I think a change was made to stop it from happening.
