Even if there was a temporary glitch in a router to CC servers, or a CC server dropped you, you demand Points be returned ??? Grow up. Get over it. Creating a thread about your personal issues with internet connections, making demands of rectification, is just plain STUPID TROLLING.

scm - I read only the 1st post of yours. It is quite amazing, for all the time you spend here, that you are clueless regarding the workings of internet connections. You are needlessly complaining about being disconnected by your service provider. A problem that has nothing to do with CC servers. I suggest you invest time in research, before wasting all your time with these threads grounded in your ignorance of internet connections.
As I said, I checked the connection on other tabs. They were fine.
