Hey it is his right to use his time as he wishes. In addition, you should not ask anyone to resign.Â
You will probably win eventually so what is the rush?

If the person is harassing with draw draw draw, then it is imo, that wasn't the whole conversation, I like to play chess with good people and when they start draging a game out when they've lost just for the heck of it, i thinks it's just fine to ask them to resign.
if you want faster play, do live. otherwise, let people play. start a new game. lots of options other than being upset. :)

Besides being bad ettiquette, its not your place to ask someone to resign.
I get that eric, I'm not that upset over the waisted time, just over people that do it to be mean, that's what this topic is about :) just how people like that make me mad.

That's a matter of opinion.

that thing is happening to me too, but i am not mad! just do as Erik told ya 'faster games'
The waisted time doesn't bother me, just the people
