"I hate it when my opponents resign" actually means "I was looking forward to torturing a helpless opponent for another 49 moves".
I hate when people resign.

In 4 player chess, resigning can save the remaining players a lot of time and trouble.
I am talking about live and standard chess.
If you wish to play chess you need to not be upset when people resign.
Are you new?
We all hope that this is a deliberate joke.

It's annoying when you have your opponent well beaten and they go off to bed or work or whatever and you have to wait 24 hours for them to come back and finish the game. Just resign will ya!

What I don't get is why you are offended by it. Yes, he was a Nazi, but I don't admire that. I admire his tactics and level of skill.

It's called "virtue signalling".
I'm very happy when my opponent resigns, especially hilarious when they do in the middle game because I'm one point in material up.

Haha. lol These arguments are hilarious. People resign for many reasons, there is nothing wrong with it. You should not resign though, if you do not want to play them or because they have a higher rating than you. You should try your best no matter what. Also, how exactly did Nazi Figures get into this? lol... people these days make no sense
In my games players resign very early and it is a matter of respect.
If a new player has an opponent resign --he [the new player] can just play another game and he will usually learn more than if the game had continued.
