It was added about a week ago; when the site underwent several large changes.
I have just found the Computer Workout on this site!

It is pretty neat, but I do have a question: Is the shown computer evaluation for my move or the computer's move? I figure it is the user's move, but I just wanted to clarify.

It's an evaluation of the position (who's winning), not of the last move.
...and a + score indicates White is better; a - score means Black is better. See http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=707

Yes, I just re-read this:
"Sometimes on Chess.com you might encounter computer evaluation numbers which are used by a chess engine or chess computer to evaluate a specific chess position. When you see a number like +2.25 given it means that white is winning by 2.25 points. The points can be related to the material count (Pawns=1, Knights/Bishops=3, Rooks=5 , Queen=9) so the +2.25 evaluation you could think of it as white is winning by 2.25 pawns. Now if you see an evaulation of -3.00 then you could think of that as black is winning by a piece (meaning Knight or Bishop) or by 3 pawns. When you see a + evaluation it means that white is the better side and when you see a - evaluation if means that black is the better side."
I don't know how I could have missed it. Has it been here since I joined in late September?
Anyway, I have found it and it is wonderful.
If any of you were unaware of it like I was, take a look under the "Learn" topic at the top. It's under tactics trainer and chess mentor. Right at the bottom.
Enjoy it if you haven't known it was there. (Or maybe I am the only one who did not know it was there.
