i just want to create my own chess website,what do i do first?

please help me friends.

Decide on the size and purpose of the site. Create enough content for the site to be attractive to visitors from the very beginnnig.

Once you have decided on a size and purpose that will enable you to choose a hosting company and decide whether you will construct it yourself using site builders or whether you will commission someone else to create it for you.

If you're building it yourself, learn html 5 and build it. If you're commissioning someone else, shop around, look at sites built by the people you're choosing between, and pick the best value for what you want. 

Then just add more content as and when you want to.

Small: 1. As long as that person can create content and manage the technical side of the site.

Medium: 2. As long as one of them is brilliant at content and the other is brilliant at the technical side of things.

how much money do i need invest,how many hours i have to work for a small website?

You need at least 20 million dollars and will not be able to take a day off for five years.

About 200 hours creating content. About 50-100 hours to make the site itself. 

Obviously, you'll need to then create more content to keep people coming back for more!

Start by determining every other website already in existence where a person can play chess if they desire.   If that doesn't eradicate your crazy     desire to  start yet another one then report back here for advice on the next step.
