Just trying to work out the logistics here, champ. It's mind boggling. Maybe if I work hard it will just work itself out. Yeah, that's the ticket!

The second sentence is right but the first one is wrong.
There are certain things for which you have a better natural aptitude than others and you're better off going with your strengths. Was never more than a good club-level chess player, but I am a DAMN good chemist and am glad I went with my strengths and pursued graduate school and a rewarding career in chemistry, both as an industrial chemist and as a teacher. I would never have reached the same level in chess.
Let us know when your rating hits 3500!
Assuming your present rating is approximately 1000, or thereabouts, at your present rate of improvement (500 rating points every 2 months) you should hit 3500 by next August, and world champion a few months after that. Let me be the first to offer my congratulations, or is it too soon?

I'll be champ first. In my first ever win on chess.com I got 100 points, But in my last lost I only lost 8! If I keep winning 3 games a day and losing 10 then I'll be a master like by November,I'll be world champ by like November the 10th.

We're not saying that you can't become the world champion just because you're black.
In fact, you never mentioned your race. It's irrelevant anyways.
What we do think is that you lack the skills to become WCC. Hard work doesn't just win. You need skill. But that's where you lack. You also lack the right mindset. Chess isn't a game for trolls like you.
What I recommend? Play a game that requires trolling. You might actually be WCC in that.
Or you could just forgo your dreams of WCC and aim for something more realistic.
Once you make world champion, I absolutely will be Queen Isabela xxiv of Spain by then
