I'm wondering how I get a provisional rating, and standard rating. Do I need to fill out a form, of do something special, or just play 26 games and uscf arbiters just enter it?
You get a rating by playing US Chess rated events

I did you dum-dum, there is nothing interesting, you just like yapped about how you are a wimp
I'm just too scared ill role with it
What I meant was I was getting to wrapped up in the rules, and that I should play, I moved on,I'm trying to show im being flexable
Also, why are you so aggresive?
He/She/or-whatever-they-are is just aggressive everywhere, I did nothing and they just started yapping about how I was a brat.

It seems like whenever I try to talk to you you are rude nasty and aggressive like a porcupine.
No need to be scared, it's fun & really informal. Some otb tournaments are playing in a library, a school, a bowling ally (yes I played a 3 rounder there), just anywhere. The bigger ones are in hotels. Just go to a bunch of small ones first to get used to it. Go visit before you play if you want to get a feel for how it's going to be.
go to www.uschess.org and they have listings of tournaments you can play in. You'll need a membership. You can buy that on that site too.
