People can flip the board in OTB. Get up, walk over to your opponent's side of the board. It's perfectly legal. Arrows don't help you visualize as much as you think they do. And both sides can do it. If that's your definition of cheating...

not def of cheating cheating using engine IRL is harder and ya dont see people getting up walking behind me lol IRL I've people admit to using engine on here seems ok to them its a new generation of players that dont care
Chess.com bans people only if they’re 100% sure of cheating. So while it means they let some people go, it reduces the chances of wrongful bans. Cheating discussion isn’t allowed on public forums, but there is a cheating club moderated by staff which you can talk in.
However, it is unlikely a majority of your opponents are using the engine.
I went from 800 to almost 1300 and only had 2 cheaters. I never come across them. It's usually just crappy chess players that say everybody is cheating

they cheat intermittently so its not detectable play like crap then like GM after few seconds go by

I wouldn't quit looking forward to IRL games at club again discussing games IRL is satisfying and rewarding
