Don’t listen to those who say you’re too bad and should quit. If you are willing to work hard, you can advance.

Play more chess.

Play longer time controls. At least 10 minutes, preferably longer.

Stop playing bullet.

Gothamchess is a good place to start. He has many low-rated viewers and tends to have them in mind when he teaches. He uses twitch and also uploads his videos to YouTube.

Learn a repertoire of appropriate openings well. Gotham has a video showing his opinions on good openings for players of various levels of play.

Practice tactics with puzzles.

Read a book on strategy and positional aspects of the game.

Go over your long games by yourself and then with an engine. Learn from your mistakes.

It is good to go over games of stronger players. Learn what they do.

Happy hunting!

Yes GothamChess is good check out his Utube channel

Take two weeks off.  Don't play a single game or even think about chess. Do something else. Skiing, golf, hiking, crosswords puzzles, etc. If after two weeks you haven't improved, quit.

Seriously. Try it.

Good advice above. Just take a break. Then, before u return just keep the mindset to keep it simple. Study real simple endings. Play slower chess. Study a strategy book, maybe pawn structures and planning. Don't even worry about opening study, just basic principles like get ur pieces out quickly and develop to try to control the center. Basic tactics. Just slow down, don't play speed chess. That's it.
