I really suck at speed-chess. Help needed.

Hi guys! I am getting so badly punished in blitz and need ideas on how to improve. I am rated 1150 at daily and fast, but 450 at blitz and I keep falling. Seems my brain has decent capacity but is working too slowly. Does anyone here please have any tips for improvement or should I just stay away from it?

At fast? Did you use google translate? You mean in rapid? You shouldn't even think about playing blitz till you reach 1200–1300 rapid, but actually, rapid and daily rating is what matters.

Assuming not to play in blitz until you are 1.2 or 1.3k elo in rapid is a wrong assumption, atleast in my opinion. To improve in blitz you need to develop genuine game understandings and develop your own tactics, watching videos or overviewing grandmaster games can help. If you have gotten some bucks in your wallet, I'd consider a chess coach if you are serious about chess as a career.

I did not tell him to not play blitz because he will suck at it, but because blitz is poison for real chess skills. And a chess coach isn't necessarry. I'm progressing with the same speed when I had a coach.
