if you had any chance, you will blaze into 1200-1300 range as your starter rating. (some top players started super early and didnt particularly show extraordinary talent at a super young age like caruana but thats what you get when you breathe chess super young).
GM starting at 12 is not unheard of but you will almost certainly be at a disadvantage at an already difficult task.
Why does everyone want to be a GM? become an FM with some personality and you will be financially almost as well off (which is not very )
