Well, not to stomp on your parade, but 200 rating points in 10 months is not a very good goal. I gained almost 1000 in 1 year myself. (Look at my records)
I'll have my vacation so I'll get time to increase my rating. 1 year 1000 rating good job bro!
After reading some books, solving tactical puzzles, and being coached, I've decided to start playing standard games. I am currently 1410 in live standard, I'll have my vacations on March and April, so it is possible for me to reach 1600 within a year.
