I like a lot your suggestions, mainly armageddon and time handicap gamw.

I just wanted to list some features that I'd like to see on chess.com. Feel free to add your own. I'd like to hear from staff as well.
-Stats for variants and Live 960 (see other forum topic)
-Computers (like Comp. 1 EASY) that play variants and 960
-Rated Armageddon. White gets the first move advantage plus a time advantage and black gets draw odds. Traditional Armageddon is 5 min v 4 min with no delay/increment but can be played with virtually any time control. I've seen 6 min v 5 min, 3 v 2, 2 v 1.5, etc. Delay/increment could be added as well. It would be rated and I would like to see two rating pools, one for your rating with white and the other with black
-Two game blitz match. Players agree beforehand to play two blitz games with opposite colors. This feature would permanently shut up the "mandatory rematch" crowd, which would be a great victory
. You could also have the two games rated as one game; whoever wins the match gets all the rating and if the score is 1-1 it's rated as a draw.
-Material handicap game. Players have the option of playing down material, like in the old days of chess. A separate rating pool would obviously be necessary.
-Time handicap game. Basically the same as above
-Combination of material and time handicap. For instance, in bullet one player gets 15 extra seconds but starts down a knight. Something like that.
-Propose takeback. Put a button near the "draw" and "resign" button that asks the opponent if she/he wants to allow a takeback. This can be used if a person mouseslips in blitz/bullet. The person who mouseslips asks if the opponent will allow the move to be rescinded (and presumably be made correctly). Opponent is under no obligation to accept.
-More variants, like Loser's Chess. Another variant is one where the king has no special power and can be captured like any other piece. You win by taking all of the opponent's pieces
-Illegal Move Loses. Played like FIDE/USCF OTB blitz: if you make an illegal move and the opponent catches it you lose. Includes capture of king.
-King Capture Allowed. Similar to above, but instead of allowing all illegal moves the chess.com server only allows a person to disregard check or move in to check. If the opponent captures king, he wins
