If you don’t accept at least one rematch after you win, then you lose.

I should say, there have been a couple times over the months where someone lost to me and asked for a rematch and I really wasn’t in the mood… I just didn’t feel like it… I wanted to play someone else, someone new…Because...I was afraid he/she was going to beat me. That’s partly why I posted this. I lost. See? Was that so difficult? Just admit that when someone asks you for a rematch, if you don’t feel like giving them at least one, even if you have the time, it’s because you’re afraid you’re gonna lose. Whoop de doo.

Oh, and by the way, Captainbutface, you’re right, it’s two t’s. You’re going to need to take that up with my assistant: Mr. voice dictation.

That is a big assumpstion you know.

People like me, win or lose always wanna face somebody new. Some, yes are afraid to lose, but that doesn't mean everybody is.

If I play someone and win, then I don't lose simply because I don't play a rematch. The OP has presented no evidence of such a rule beyond repeatedly asserting it. It is a rule only in his mind.

I believe you always want to play someone new because you either want to preserve your win or you don’t want to lose again.
Zardorian
NotGG, correct, there is no official rule.

Llama44, I don’t insist on a rematch, I request one.

Repossession,
Clever response 😄,

“What if you win 30 times, then I win once and don’t rematch after that? I still lose according to your policy? Sounds reasonable.”

Allow me to adjust, I really think the first two games are key. So, if you are playing someone for the first time and you lose the first game and they don’t accept a rematch from you, then you win.

PS––I don’t block people based on their contributions to this or any thread. I do often, but not always, block people if they don’t give me a rematch, because I like playing rematchers. people are not entitled to play me and there’s no rule that states I have to play anybody.

Nylonsock, ha ha, excellent response. Yes, people are afraid of losing because they will lose those points.

Naberguzellik, Excellent strategy, and wow what a rating! Congratulations.

Ha ha, the laughing cat cracked me up. Thanks, NS.

Are you serious? Some people are, like, busy.

Nylonsock, I think you have awoken and the bear.

I should remind people that I typically play one minute games. Just got my ass handed to me: won the first, then lost the next two.

I like the way you think, Coach Brian, I tried to suggest to Support to add a rematch feature; I asked them to add a feature which will allow people to play two out of three or three out of five, etc. They seemed amenable to the idea.

That's a fine idea, then those that want to can keep playing the same person over and over....but me, I don't want a rematch.

Sometimes you don't have time to accept rematch and play another game. Maybe you just want to play one quick game, and then

log off.
