the opponent had 2 queens and 1 rook please give tips to avoid this
im a beginner any tips?

1. Always advance your pawns to the center and protect them
2. Move out your knights and bishops-preferably only once
3. Castle your king-preferably kingside, but queenside is better than nothing
These will give you good opening positions.
Join a Chess club and play correspondence and vote Chess to learn openings/defences. The other advice by others is quite good as well.

that was stressful watching white fail to convert with 2 queens and 2 rooks vs a rook and some pawns lol
i want to avoid these situations (luckily i survived this one)
