Would love some advice i am stuck at around 2000 and cant seem to get much better.

Might check this out if I can’t get to 1800 soon, been stuck at ~1700 for awhile

I would certainly appreciate some help!  I am in the 950 to 1050 rating area, and still learning.  I do make some “great moves” and even “brilliant” on occasion, so I believe I have potential to improve my game, but I certainly get out played, or make a blunder all too often.  I’ve only played regular 30 minute games, and would be most grateful for any help you can provide!

Hi I am Jimmy. Been playing Chess for around 1,5 year. I made a fast progress so far. Now I am stuck. I might be a little overrated. I started to play more on Lichess to protect my rating here. I am 1750 Rapid and 1700 Blitz here. My long term goal is to reach 2000. My shorter term goal is to reach 1800. My dream is to beat an IM or FM in Blitz or Rapid. I play mostly 5+0. I am a little lower rated in Bullet and Daily. 1600 in daily. Bullet I am not a big fan of.

My routine is mostly to play games, sometimes analyze the games and do some puzzles. What I do a lot is to watch Naroditsky and Hikaru on youtube. I think I would benefit from studying chess more. Like maybe reading books and analysing openings and positions. I mostly play on instinct, oufcourse also trying to calculate a little of the outcome. But since I have not study a lot I lack a bit there. Which if I study more should benefit me strategy wise I think.
