You can contact support and solve any doubt with them, but if a player makes negative comments why respond? its really a waste of your time, it happen to me a lot, I won a game and they send messages that I dont know how to play or even worst I give him the rematch and beat them 3 more times and wrote idiot, just block them and move on, its a site to play chess and study chess, its a waste of time to fight against those guys

I am very confused by this site... Ive read and reread the policies here... I was recently blocked.. For no reason I sent emails (multiple). With no reason why.. I just played a player who made negative comments to me and I gave it right back but somehow I get told to be careful... Does anyone know a admin or a way to discuss these issues with someone that will respond to my questions..?? I am paying member and have been for years.. Is it because I am from the US.. Is this a way of saying find somewhere else to play ???
It's not very confusing or it shouldn't be for somebody who has played 50,000+ games.
Your opponent, here for less than a month, couldn't beat you over the board. All he could do was to provoke you with chat. He was probably careful to misspell everything slightly.
You can't respond with certain words, especially if they are spelled correctly. If you do, you get automatically muted.

Yes I agree with both of you... My point being I did exactly what you have said and emailed support with no response at all... And yes I have had many games and 6 years on this site and now out of no where I am being blocked and warned... I am just confused by the latest that is unfolded ...

If you send them an email using the Contact form, they respond.

They don't hang out in the forum much.

Also, you should have gotten an automated acknowledgement almost immediately after you logged a request via Help --> Ask a Question --> Contact at the e-mail address you provided: if you didn't get that, you may have mistyped that email address or maybe your spam filters re-routed it into your junk folder - check those things as well. The Support team wouldn't have been able to contact you if that acknowledgement didn't get through to you either.
Please also note that you shouldn't name other people in the public forums - I have removed that from your post.

I'm not sure where this email is that you've been trying to use - is it support@chess.com? That may need amending, but the method that Chess.com prefers is Help --> Ask A Question or Report Abuse --> Contact.
