Improving in Chess

The higher rating one gets, the harder it is to get better. That is why I need help in improving my game even though I already have a high rating.
Get stronger at combination play. Trianglating power pieces and complicating the position for the other player. If you can do this it also leafs to more time wins. Also practice. Middle game into end game strategy. Dont just drift into the endgame know where you are going before you get there.
I taught a guy this back in 1990 because he could not win any money in world open. Well he finished
