In how many foreign countries have you already been?

The most foreign place I've ever played chess is ... York.
Havin said that, I've been lucky enough to go to the US, France and Switzerland on holiday, and also to France again and Germany on school trips. (You could count Belgium as our coach had to drive all the way through to get to Germany!)

this one time I went to a mcdonalds in Washington state. the end
So you're from U.S.?

I haven't play chess in other countries...
But I was in Italy, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia (note the difference between this and Slovenia!), Ireland and Great Britain. This summer I'm going to Spain and Monaco too!
So, 15 in total!

I payed them with a purple ten dollar bill that had a picture of Gene Wilder on it.
I.e. the local currency.

From this...to this...god help me.
Where is that beautiful garden? is GORGEOUS!

Related to chess 0.
For non-related, I've lived in China for many years, and also been to Canada. And I've stayed in an airport in Japan for a few hours.

For chess I haven't gone anywhere 'till today.
Now, apart from that, I've myself already been in the US, Canada and practically visited all South America.
Related to chess, and also not.
I was in 4 foreign countries. I played a small tournament in Japan, and I was also in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
