Today I've signed up for a trial period just to analyze my openings with Opening explorer. I've been playing here for some time already and always trying the same line. I was expecting that after playing some 100+ of games I should be able to use the explorer to get better understanding of my opening mistakes. However to my surprise the explorer contained only a small fraction of a games I played:
I traced the line that I played until maybe 3rd move and then the database said "there are no more moves from this position" which I know was false because I know that I've reached that position many times already. Somehow all these games were available in the Openings Explorer.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?
I've filed a bug about this already.
There's nothing you can do to fix an issue with Explorer really. When you first entered, it may have given a message saying to check back later while games were imported. So, if it's been a while and they still don't show, you'll have to wait for support.
