Play games like you are in best of 3 from your latest games of this day. For example, on this day i had played two games, and those 2 are lost, I will not play again this day. If you lose only 1 game from those two, I can play again until I have 2 lose in the latest 3 games. That way, you prevent losing more games.

I seem to have insane swings in rating when playing chess bullet. 1+0 is my time control. I primarily play elsewhere online so I only really play bullet on this website. Recently I played and gained around 280 ELO in one session going from around 1400-1684. After today's session and going 19 Losses 2 Wins most recently I am now sitting at below 1500 again. Are there other factors at play. I am easily able to swing 200 points in a session, am a "tilt" player or is there something else going on here. Sometimes I feel impossible to lose, and sometimes I cant get wins with players 500 rating points below me
