Insufficient material vs. forced rook shuffle: Possible in a real game?

Earlier today I was wondering if it was possible to force a player to have to shuffle their rook between the same two squares over and over again while the opponent could just move their king freely. I immediately realized it had to be possible, and then wondered the fastest way to get to a position like it, but then shifted my focus to something more interesting in my eyes: was it possible to get a position like this with insufficient material to mate, in a way that could be reachable in a real game? And then I tried to create one. Why? Reasons like curiosity, masochism, masochism... Well, after about an hour of trying (this is my first time trying to work with this kind of chess theory), I reached a position that chess.com accepted as valid for analysis. This was the position: [Site "Chess.com"] [Result "*"] [SetUp "1"] [FEN "r1nb4/pnp1p3/rkBpB3/p1pB4/B1B5/8/8/7K w - - 0 1"] 1. Kg2 Rb8 2. Kh3 Ra8 3. Kg4 Rb8 4. Kf3 Ra8 5. Kg2 Rb8 6. Kh1 Ra8 * So then I wanted to create it in a real game! But then I realized... the pawn structure is impossible to reach in a real game. First of all, there is a dark-squared bishop on d8 (rather than the starting square of f8, implying movement) behind pawns on their starting squares of c7 and e7 (implying no movement.) The bishop couldn't have moved through the pawns, or sneaked behind them from off the board, so the position is unreachable. Second of all, if the a7, c7, and e7 pawns hadn't moved from their starting squares, the a5 pawn would've had to originally be the b-pawn, c5 would've had to have been the d-pawn, and d6 the c-pawn, but this can't be true because the c-pawn is still on it's starting square. So I'm still looking for a reachable position forcing the rook to shuffle against insufficient material. If anyone can provide insights or help me find one, it would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

Sorry! It looks like I missed a character limit, formatted the PGN incorrectly, and also somehow made my line breaks omitted so it's not very readable. Here is the rest of the post:
