Elo is based on games against other humans… if you keep on winning games against high level players, you’re Elo will keep going up. Brain capacity? You just have to be better than everyone you play every game.

This is obviously not true, and does not even make any sense. My guess is that you are confusing several things, but I can't even guess what things.

Ilampozhil25

computer rating (unequal sign) human rating

These people think no difference in fide and elo rating

Again, what you say makes no sense. Absolutely no sense.

FIDE is the International Chess Federation. Elo is a rating system for chess (and other things), developed by Arpad Elo. FIDE uses the Elo rating system since 1950.

Chess.com don't use the FIDE ratings, chess.com has its own ratings, there is absolutely no connection between someone's FIDE rating and chess.com rating.

Everything has a sense you said in your logic also it is not incorrect but here I was referring FIDE to computer ratings that chess.com provides and elo rating Everyone knows

Ilampozhil25

...

"everything has a sense"

apparently not

"you said in your logic"

when did magipi ever say that

"also it is not incorrect"

how

"here i was referring FIDE to computer ratings that chess.com provides"

how could we have ever known that?

first off, the ratings on chess.com arent even fide ratings

fide ratings are with the elo system

chess.com ratings are with a different glicko system

"elo rating everyone knows"

yes everyone knows that the elo rating means fide rating

so you are saying fide rating = ratings on chess.com (wrong)

and trying to compare that with elo rating (by which i think you mean fide rating)

so x is compared to y, when y is usually called x

What if there was a chess player (Let's say me xD)

So I can somehow play like stockfish, I beat every single player I am playing, avoiding forced draws in mainline openings and going for playable position in which I can outplay my opponent because I have the ability to do so.

Second best player has 2850.. something elo

Let's say I reached 2950 elo

How will further rating points will be added to my current elo? If I am continuously beating players on average rating of 2700.

It will take a hell lot of time tho.

+ I will be World champion ofc and The GOAT.

Then I woke up.
