Is 45|45 rapid?

Hey...I have started playing 45|45 time controls a bit.

 

I would have thought surely that is "standard"?  It is going against "rapid"...

 

Is this a bug?

Longer time controls on Live are categorized as rapid here. There isn't a Standard rating category.

Is it possible to add a standard/classical chess rating category?

Is it technically possible? Yes.

 

Is it it going to happen? Unlikely. There likely aren't enough game played at long time controls to add a rating pool like that.
