Even an orangutan has an opening named after it but I think you need to be able to actually play decent chess in the first place to achieve this.

Do female cats count as "named after a woman"?

A few lines of the Botex Gambit are hard to wrinkle out of.

The Bednikova Opening is most probably the only OPENING named after a woman chess player. Yes, the Polgar Variation is an OPENING VARIATION named after a woman chess player.

The Woman Player's Luck Opening (the synonym of the Bednikova Opening) also. Moreover, I know two mating attacks named after woman chess players (but these two woman players are personages of the art literature only): the Dilaram's Mate, the Anastasia's Mate.
