Is Bullet Chess appropriate for my nephew?

My 32-year old "no good" nephew (who shall remain nameless), who just got out of prison in upstate New York for money laundering, who also has been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, a heart condition, and PTSD, picked up chess in prison and is always bugging me to play him.
I was thinking about introducing him to "Bullet" chess, since he usually only plays ODB (Ovah De Board), but would Bullet chess be apppropriate for someone with the afore-listed characteristics?
