The above scenario does not equate even closely to the previously claimed 3 tournament games of 6 hours duration each day("cogwheel"). This is stretching credibility beyond breaking point.

This says it, mostly. This subject has been raised repeatedly in these forums and argued out ad nauseam. It is difficult to avoid the suspicion that it is yet another example (women in chess, chess and IQ, etc.) of a subject being deliberately raised in order to cause argument, bitterness and resentment.
