I play against many whom I lose to because my Internet connection drops suddenly. But when I play the next game, it becomes normal. My Internet connection is perfectly fine as I am using fibre and all other services are ok. Conclusion? Get the right software

Not really. When you think about it, it's impossible.
People can run engines side by side with the game and pick the third best move and blunder a minor piece every now and then and no one will catch them.
People can get help from stronger players.
People can Google and watch videos showcasing cheap tricks and traps DURING the match.
This is why you have 1200's playing unbelievably good chess. I've played against 1500 OTB and I can tell you they play worse than a lot of the 1200 to 1300s I've played online on here.
Sucks.

Chess.com cheat detection system is not broken. If you report someone and they are not yet banned. It is either the evidence was inconclusive or the cheat detection team are yet to get to your report.

I just played a multi game match with someone who is 100% cheating. I ran the analysis on some of the games and he's playing perfect bullet game one after the other. I reported him after every game yet nothing is done. The account is from 2015 so who knows how many times this cheating piece of trash has gotten away with cheating.
Why does chesscom do nothing about cheaters??? My peak rating is near 2200 but I struggle to hold 1900 against cheaters. I report cheaters all the time and NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM!!
Chesscom, WHERE ARE YOUR ANTICHEATING MEASURES?? WHY WOULD ANY REASONABLE PERSON GIVE YOU A DIME TO PLAY HERE WHEN YOUR SITE IS FESTERED WITH CHEATERS????
