Is evans gambit something i can deploy and use successfully?
Evans gambit is OK according to Stockfish but you should study master games to know about common plans and attacking methods.
I do not play Evans but each time I play against it - “well, for only 1 pawn there is very strong attack?” And black should be very precise to avoid losing in opening.
This is quite true to a certain extent, but I would replace "middlegame knowledge" with "positional understanding".
The Evans is not what most people expect from something with the word "gambit" in his name- it's not about brutal attacks, but rather grabbing space and strategically outplaying your opponent. No surprise it not being popular between the ~650 rated "aggressive attackers". A good opening, but not quite suitable for (post) beginners.
I was wondering if evans gambit is a good gambit because I already deployed giocco piano setup alot
