I analyse all my blitz games after I got membership so I found like 7 of them in my games so far
sometimes I play trash openings in blitz for fun lol

Not a lot is impossible. It took Sergey Karjakin 6 years to reach IM and 7 years to reach GM.
5 years is a bit ambitious.
Set yourself shorter term goals as you're more likely to achieve that.
I think 1500 within the first year, 1750 within the second and maybe 2000 in the third would be a more realistic, but yet still very challenging goal for you to set yourself.
@theitalianstallione ratings doesn't mean anything in a discussion about the road to gm. I'm 2000 blitz and have no idea how norms work, but bunch of 1600s do. Go figure.
