Just A Random Question That Filled My Mind. Since Someone That Has Higher Ranks Can Lose Games Such As Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura. But Is It Possible To Maintain A Win Streak That Can Reach 3500 - 4000 Elo Of Such?

No.
I think one can only get so good. I feel if ratings get that high every game will be a draw. A boring, perfect, game.

It's possible for any human to reach 3500 if you get a powerful enough chip implant: any one know what the top is for machines?

Machines can be amazing at chess but lousy at pole vaulting.

I remember reading something years ago that the highest rating a human can attain is 3800.

Avatar of TheSquirePiece

only if you got Magnus or Hikaru on your side and use severe rating minipulation, then maybe 3500

Technically speaking, by having all of your opponents purposefully lose, you could theoretically reach infinite elo, this could also get you banned.

You shouldn't. The guy obviously doesn't know what "infinite" means.
