Is this a real question? Are you asking is there a way to deliver M1 from a starting position? You think chess would be still played if there is a way to end (by winning) the game before your opponent even makes a move?
Handshake means the game begins and it also means the game is over. Therefore, once you shake hands, it is checkmate in zero moves.

you can win in 1 move if your opponent resigns on move 1 I suppose, but not checkmate
