Is there a low prioritty queueing in Chess.com?

Because it take me around 2mins to find a match despite having a 90mbps speed. Before, 2secs and there you go. Low priority like you know, like in Dota 2. When you are start throwing games or trolling players, you get into low priority. Problem is, I'm now throwing. Check my last game. I lost but I was winning the entire game. I'm full of losses cuz I'm bad playing it but not throwing. So yeah, is theres a low priority in chess.com or its just coincidence that finding match takes that long and has nothing to do with my lossing streak?

If you have high disconnect or abort rate, yes, you'll be paired only with others that do as well and may have slower pairings.
