Is this cheating?

While playing sometimes the game freezes and I lose without being able to move any piece ( yes.. I have time usually more than 3 minutes!!!) 

I include a couple of screenshots to prove my case

No, it's not . Maybe yes u have trouble with connections . You should've seen connectivity bars
