Is this endgame a draw?

Was white correct in going for the repetition? Engine suggests an adv for white, but sometimes engines I have seen over-rate theoretical draws due to material adv.

I know 37. gxf5 is a blunder. However after 37. gxf5 is the position a draw.

40.Rg4+ wins the pawn on h4 and with 2 connected extra pawns white must be winning.

you are absolutely right that 37 gxf5 is a blunder,  as 37 R-d6+ followed by exchanging Rooks and only then gxf5 wins.    Black will soon get that pawn and White will get Black's remaining "h" pawn, leaving White with a won endgame of 2 unopposed, connected passed pawns.

Yeah I know about gxf5. However after gxf5 is it a draw or still a win for white.

Anyway, why going for a repetition with pawn ahead?

U are the only one who can win so why a draw?

U don't know how to win? Well, just try and play something else instead of repeating.

This is not only a technical failure, it is also a psychological failure to me.
