I checked on two accounts playing each other in a Youtube video someone posted hereabouts once, and it was between 24 and 48 hours - I wouldn't recommend testing it out yourself

By the way, the cheating detection here is really great. Once, I was playing an account named "I_AM_A_CHEATER" and he was banned within 15 seconds.
Kasparov fits in, he is definitively good enough for 3000 bullet.
Kasparov is old, but he is very fast and strong.
Kasparov is a real possibility imo.
