is vision trainer good for you?

I have been using the Chess.com vision trainer for a while and I am wondering if I am wasting my time because it seems to do almost nothing for me.
Is it worth while!

 I like vision trainer. Will it directly impact your next chess game? Probably not. However, it will help you better "vision-ualize wink.png" moves and squares in algebraic notation. This will greatly assist you in following book lines, keeping variations in your mind, and quickly identifying content faster - allowing you to cover more content (like study/theory) in the same amount of time. This will certainly help your chess.

So will chess.com vision trainer DIRECTLY help your chess? No. Will it train your mind in a means to receive content more effectively, INDIRECTLY helping your chess? Absolutely.

Very helpful for OTB chess. In rated games you HAVE to notate. If you can’t do it quickly than that’s less time you’re spending on the game.
