It feels like my reports for cheating go nowhere

Apparently chesscom is so tired of cheating problem they chose just to ignore it. They just need that 99.9% accuracy and very clear evidence to take any action.

When i started on this account, i got points back when I lost to possible cheaters. now they just seem to have flagged me because apparently i am not supposed to report people I think cheated against me. when i played a tournament some 1200s just kept doing it...

Most of my opponents are legit in my opinion but whenever i report, just never get any points back...

Yes I know, most people even hate hearing about the word "cheating" now, and accusing anyone. But why does a chess platform so big also hate doing anything about it? At least when game is somehow "highly suspicious" give me my points back, or half of it. It would make online chess much better. I understand flagging accounts as a cheater is a decisive action but not every game will be a clear cheating case.

Same. And this post will get locked because talking about cheating shows there is a problem, which CC won't allow. So we have to ignore the elephant in the room, which is ridiculous. I must have played hundreds of cheaters, and was just awarded a few points back for the first time last week. Thanks for almost nothing.

The site doesn't ignore cheat reports. However, the vast majority of reports have no merit so there's nothing for the site to do with them after checking the games of the reported member.

The site does not manipulate pairings to attempt to create create winning or losing streaks. They also do not have site controlled bot accounts in the player pools

Regarding downloading games from an account through an API, that's already possible.

In rating flooos, that's just something US Chess does, FIDE doesn't have anything like that.

The site closed 58,000+ accounts last month for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.
