I have the same problem on unrated-3/2 games. Sometimes I wanna casually play a quick unrated match, and I wait for 2 minutes and nobody joins 3/2 or 3/0 unrated format. And I see no reason for waiting more to play a three minute match.
It's getting super hard to get a 60 min game

Thanks fhunfi, I know your league, I just dont have time to plan a game. Just wanna click and play like it was possible from 2020 to early 2024 
@likechess : the fact you play unrated would explains it. Never played unrated personnally and I guess its pretty rare. Is it the same wait for rated game?
I think we (60 min rapid players) can agree to leave the "find a match" window for at least15 minutes before cancelling the seek. That way, the chances of finding a match will be higher. (Sometimes I wait for 20 minutes)

just play daily games instead of 60 minutes match. Or you can play 15/10 on chess.com or 30/0 .
