A buck 25 is a good #. When he was around 110ish I averaged his opponents ratings & it was about 2750. So not only does he have the record at 125 now it's against the highest level of competition compared to any of the others that were close or had the record at one time.
Well, this game reinforces two well-known axioms:
1. All good things must come to an end. Nothing lasts forever; and
2. Everyone can make a blunder, even a world champion and one of the best to ever play the game.
The interesting thing is that I put the Duda - Carlsen game into the Chess.com analysis engine and it gave 96.8% accuracy for Duda and, despite blundering, a 96.5% accuracy for Carlsen.
