This guy tried to flag me in a completely drawn opp bishop ending. I offered a draw a few times and he refused. Too bad he moved slower than me and got flagged happy.png

No he’s not. It went about 20 moves past the 50 move rule.

no pawn moved after move 55 nor was no piece taken, so you could have declared a draw after move 55 and had it been automatically accepted.

 

but I'd wager you'd repeated positions far more than 3 times by that point too so you could have declared a draw then.

Yeah I offered a few draws around move 50, then had to focus on premoving
