KICKED FROM LIVE CHESS?

Hi! I play live chess (especially bullet) a lot, but for some reason I have been kicked off. I'm not sure what I have done wrong?! Does anyone know how to be permitted to play again?

Maybe you cursed your opponent or you intentionally abandon your game.

It was when I was playing bughouse. I think I accidentally touched the symbols 1nce, and it said i was kicked out.
